Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Terms are subject to change.General
- I reserve the right to decline your commission proposal without question.
- Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only. Do not sell, copy, or claim my artwork as your own. Please do not use my art for NFTs or computer-generated images.
- I retain all rights to my art. This includes using commissioned art as samples, posting it onto social media, or reprinting commission for artwork.(OCs/personas/etc will be excluded from printing).
- I won't accept commissions with tight deadlines. Please understand that my time is also limited.Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- I accept payment on PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi. I will only accept USD.
- Payment must be paid fully upfront or 50% before and 50% after the sketch has been decided on.
- Commissions are non-refundable, but a full refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons.
- Failure to reply to any questions after 7 days will be considered a cancellation and no refunds will be given.Process and Delivery
- Please fill out the Google Form to complete your commission request.
- Give me up to 24 hours to accept/decline your inquiry. If I accept, payment must be made within 48 hours of sending the invoice.
- I will send the client a rough sketch after payment. Once approved, I will continue working on it and will send WIPs accordingly. Give me 1 to 3 weeks to complete your commission.
- I will provide a Google Drive folder with a watermarked and non-watermarked PNG file via email when I'm done.Revisions
- I will send an update per the sketch, lineart, and flat colour. Two minor updates are allowed per update. Major revisions (changes in pose, composition, background, etc) will be an additional 5 USD.Additonal notes
- Depending on the complexity of the character or backgrounds, there may be small additional fees.
- Please credit me (@ccofffee_apk) when using commission for icons, headers, or reposts.
